I think I remember seeing this picture on a website that had a contest to win a scholarship by making a prom dress out of duct tape. Not that it isn’t still awkward!

My friend was going to make her prom dress out of duct tape. But it would have cost more then a normal dress. So she figured why waste the money.
this photo is for a scholarship that duct tape gives out every year. you basically have to go to your prom in an outfit made out of duct tape. best one submitted wins.
