I am trying to figure out what’s going on with the extra bulk of fabric on the girl’s shirt/dress/thing. Is it a skirt and shirt combo and the shirt is extra baggy and hangs over the skirt? Or is it a dress where the skirt part hugs the hips and the mid section has extra fabric that bubbles out? I am so very confused…

I used to have an outfit like that from a store called “Units” (heh) where you bought a bunch of cotton tops, pants, skirts, etc & could mix and match them. Looking back, they were ugly as s#$%!
Definitely, JoMama! I thoughts of Units clothing when I first saw this picture. Units had some decent pieces, but those tight tubular skirts were not among them!
