I don’t get it. I really like this picture. The colors are good, the people are all looking where they should be and are smiling, nice background. I’m puzzled!

Hey – I grew up with these guys. Beautiful family – NOT AWKWARD… much.
I’ll bet anything this was taken at a Six Flags park and that the girl on the left works there. My daughter is a Six Flags employee, and I’d recognize that neon yellow/green shirt anywhere; plus the employees have to wear khaki pants.
This was taken on BYU campus so they were either dropping some one off at college, or the one in neon was there for an EFY youth conference.

It is taken at BYU and most likely they aren’t really family, but just one of the “family home evening” groups you are assigned into as a BYU student. They always go out to take “family pictures,” and this is right next to the dorms.
Cousin Bill in the back was furious no one told him to wear khakis…
