The premise was to take a cheap black unitard (sleeveless and to the knee), stick as many bright glittery shapes and as much gold fringe on as possible, and then when you dance against a black background it supposedly looks interesting... Trust me, it doesn't - I think I started crying halfway through the number and ran offstage. My fashion sense was deeply aware of what a crime that thing was even at such a young age.
