Sweet and natural. I would take one myself with my hubby but definitely not for public viewing. Pregnant women do these photo’s alone all the time. Nothing creepy about it…Just not for the living room wall.

  2. Joy says:

OMG!!!!! Hahahahahaha!!!!! I cant stop laughing!!!! It’s so funny yet it creeps me out!!!!!

  3. Margo says:

It looks like he’s not finished….hope he doesn’t poke the baby’s eye out!

  4. Nicole says:

I think it is a beautifully natural photograph… nothing weird or gross at all about.

  5. Theshiz says:

Cute couple, I don’t see anything awkward or undignified here. There’s something refreshing about seeing a tasteful nude photo of real people rather than models.

  6. ToOldToBePreg says:

What problem do all of you have with being nude? Big freakin deal. How do you think she got pregnant in the first place? I think this picture is artwork and its beautiful. Too bad all parents don’t love each other as much as these two do. I think many of you are jealous that you don’t experience this sort of closeness with your significant other.

  7. matt says:

    that happened fast!

  8. arh says:

Ohhhhh….wowza! Naked dude totally ruined the pic.

  9. Tabitha Teeter says:

This could be a conversation starter…although this is one of those conversations many folks don’t look forward to. “Well, you see there are many ways to make a baby…this one was how we made you. This other pic was your brother.”

  10. Me says:

They’re looking at the ground and she’s like, “Well, there goes our dignity.”

  11. Richie says:

Ok, you can let go already, it’s been 6 months already. Give her some space.

  12. chris says:

I have to say that this is the most awkward and funniest pregnancy pictures of the bunch. I mean, this might be a nice picture for her, like something personal, but good golly–you really that they disrobed in a photo studio.

    Bwahahahahaa!

  13. Sami says:

what i would like to Know is how the baby will feel about this photo in like 15 years…. if it even lasts that long. :)

  14. anon says:

Some people just seem to have no sense of embarassment

  15. kat says:

    he looks so supple

  16. KKKKKatie says:

    Gross!

  17. Marigen says:

The picture is nice but I wouldnt hang it on the wall.

  18. brandon says:

i like how her arms are bigger than his…

  19. jfwwocw says:

a lot of people on here are so immature. yeah, they’re not the most beautiful people in the world, but it’s still a beautiful picture. (if brad and angie did this same photo would it be as nasty?)

Grow up. People get naked, people have babies, people love each other. It’s not like any of that is new or anything.

And this is the kind of picture the parents cherish forever – this is probably their first baby, and they’re excited. I’m pregnant (and only 17) and am going to do the same thing, just not naked.

  20. Tish says:

Whoa, she looks like my 8th grade science teacher 0.o now that’s too much of a visual….

  21. Ashley says:

    What are they looking at??

  22. Melanie says:

I have no words for this one.

  23. Danae says:

That is actually really cool, and I think beautiful!

  24. Edward says:

I like that pic! Dad, Mom and Baby!

  25. Cris says:

One of those pictures that, once you got it, what do you do with it? Yeah, maybe it is art, but will probably traumatize and embarrass the heck out of your child. It will get relegated to the closet or attic, so why take it? Just ends up on this website! LOL! And I don’t want to see it!

  26. Neo says:

Lol, still, wouldn’t exactly be the best photo i think for hanging up on your wall.

  27. Sophie says:

I’ve seen those pictures a lot lately, they seem to be all the rage. Sometimes they are in underwear, sometimes fully naked like this one. I have nothing against daddy taking a picture of mommy’s belly with the family camera, or a picture of the parents-to-be in the baby’s room, this is cute and can be shown to the child when he is older. But this… as someone said, trillions of women went through pregnancy, why do you feel so special? Plus, this is good money going to waste, that could be put to many better uses once baby is there.

    • Jacob says:

You have no idea what you are talking about. Trillions of women have been pregnant and they have all been special. Im sure your parents thought your pregnancy was pretty special. If a parent or parents want a memory that they can cherrish, who are you to say how it should be done?

  28. julie says:

the problem is the fact that they are naked from the waist down! why is he naked???

  29. Roxie says:

so, did the photographer see everything we’re not seeing? I bet they got the more awkward end of the deal. And what guy’s body is this hairless? haha.

  30. Bails says:

My problem with this picture and all other pictures like it is the nudity. You don’t want to see my pasty white girl butt and i don’t want to see yours. Also with him behing her? Brings thoughts to the mmind. Could you see this in there Christmas cards. *shudder*

  31. Olivia says:

It’s not… creepy or bad or anything. It’s nice, I guess. I would like it better if the people weren’t naked. That makes it awkward.

  32. Taylor says:

This is beautiful. Everyone making fun of this art should be ashamed of themselves.

  33. Rene says:

    what are they looking at?

  34. William S. says:

I keep a copy of this one in my Wallet

  35. Doug says:

Shoot It’s time to go to sleep and I’m sure gonna have some nightmares after this pic. LOL

  36. Hello,

Usually we always find pictures of pregnant woman alone, but that one has taken this kind of picture to a whole new level. It is nice to see a father and partner that embraces pregnancy as his own…

  37. Krista Wyatt says:

*laughing* you all are thinking the same stuff I am…admit it! lol

  38. Monica Key says:

Becky carried the picture of Mommie and Daddy to show and tell and it was a big hit.

  39. Carol says:

Ooh, aren’t some things meant to be private? Just wondering.

  40. Missy says:

Pregnancy and delivery – $10,000.00. Olan Mills photo – $50.00. Having one the most popular, awkward photos on AFP – priceless.

    • Robert says:

hahaha… Love the quote Missy…. Good stuff!!!

It dose make you wonder what they were thinking thought doesn’t it!

  41. Isis says:

He’s Having a Baby? I thought that guy was expecting a baby. The picture is good.I really liked it.

  42. a says:

This couple eerily resembles each other. I don’t know, am I wrong?

  43. Dan400Man says:

I’ll bet this is framed on his desk at work!

  44. Dimiss says:

The photo is good. I thing the lights is caught also well. It’s even better that it is B&W

  45. JeffyPoo says:

I like how extremely airbrushed this is.

  46. Anonymous says:

This one has to be the king of awkward photos.

  47. e5z says:

There is another one of these pictures here (“Happy Mother’s Day!” May 10th, 2009) that doesn’t work nearly this well.

  48. Ken says:

I have to say this is one of the most touching photos I have seen. Very beautiful.
