That’s not the flash bulb. Don’t you see mom’s eyes? That’s definitely the old woman librarian ghost from the beginning of Ghostbusters that’s causing all that light. It would also explain why dad is standing back, why the kid is hiding, and why mom looks like, well, like she’s seen a ghost.
