For the next photo, let’s get the Bride’s parents in the basket with the bride and groom!
I want to see the pictures of when they’re getting OUT of the basket — THAT’s awkward!!
ha ha ha me too!
If there was a random abnormally large basket laying around I would want to take a picture in it too.
I was thinking the same thing…
I’m going to go out on a limb here and guess that this pic probably wasn’t HIS idea…
Did they get married on Easter?
Flip-flops. An unconventional choice of shoes…
That’s the first thing I noticed too!!
me, too!
me 4 lol
It wasn’t the first thing I noticed, but I say the photographer fails for not reminding her to take them off.
OMG ME TOO!!!
We used to call them thongs before there was ‘the thong’. Hmm…Maybe she has matching thongs!
Come on, at least don’t wear dollar store flip flops put on some dress flip flops from wal mart.
I love it when even the subjects of the photo don’t look convinced.
Where are we going, and why are we in this hand basket?
Very clever, yet convoluted use of a great idiom!
That, my friend, is “laugh out loud” funny.
To ‘Hell in a Handbasket’ or ‘A Basket Case’. You decide….
I think I will pick Basket Case…
Bizarre!
She’s adorable.
That’s all I had to say. Over. Out.
size does matter……..
were these pre wedding pictures cuz it looks like he already wants out…..
myspace photo, perhaps?
Why would anyone agree to this?
A tisket… a tasket…
stork came too early
Adorable!
can we talk about the pink flip flops? seriously?
a ton of brides wear flip flops these days under their dresses. you generally can’t see them
The first time the asked themselves “What the hell did we get ourselves into?”
lol
Let’s be benevolent and say they fell into the basket; their “thumbs up” is signalling that they’re not injured…
I think it’s a great picture. Nice looking people too.
pink flip flops with a wedding dress…. cute.
hahah
Super Criativo e engraçado ao mesmo tempo.
Felicidades ao casal!!!
Beijocas da Brasileira RÊ!
I actually love this. “Where are we going? And why are we in this handbasket?”
Has somebody already quoted that? I’m sorry. And hey, see, if their marriage DOES turn out to be…. that… at least they’ll be less disappointed.
Now I see why another photo was full of get the basket comments.Don’t understand this one but I do get the reference
Aaaayyyyy!!!
The Fonz was the best man.
When did flip-flops become appropraite footware for getting professional (yet hilarious…) photos taken?
Stacy and Clinton, where are you?!
When did flip flops become appropriate for weddings in general? It’s a formal occasion; at least wear actual shoes!
Once again, I cannot resist! Love this photo…am featuring it on my blog, with full credit of course. Hilarious!
The Easter bunny really outdid himself this year.
absolutely love the pink flip flops! I think it’s great to have that kind of fun at the wedding
hahahaha this is really awkward but also really funny. i like the bride’s flip-flops, and the fact that you can tell it’s a big joke…
she should’ve taken the flip flops off but I bet she has a floor length dress, I got married barefoot and no one was the wiser
For some reason I just keep thinking of Moses floating away….
Well, this is my wedding picture! Haha.. And to answer all the comments about it.. I did not wear flip flops for the ceremony, just the reception… And, we only took a couple pictures in the basket, because, well, a basket that huge is hilarious. We had to:)
Happy Easter!
