I cant stop laughing at these comments. Special agent Eric ‘eagle eye’ mcgraw was busy working in a CSI laboratory somewhere in a high security goverment compound his specialty – doctored photos.
“This looks shopped, I can tell by the pixels” is a meme. It’s used in completely obvious, terrible cases of photoshopping lol. So in other words, Eric was pointing out that this photo is ridiculously bad.

Definitely not photoshopped. I used to date that guy back in middle school, and it seems he achieved his lifelong goal of becoming a ventriloquist. Sadly, I had to break it off with him as he was too immature.

This is def photo shopped. The babys bodys skin tone matches the baby face skin tone, and the mans bodys skin tone matches the mans face.
