Trevin promised himself that he would one day sneak into Granny’s parlor with its’ plastic covered armchairs and plastic covered floor and HE WOULD MEMORIALIZE the day with a photo.
As luck would have it, the day was rainy and hot and he had his fan and parasol with him. Granny’s fern was quickly sat in the background and Trevin perched high upon his regal throne. It felt better than he even imagined it would. He went on to write a book entitled “Forbidden Fruit is truly the Sweetest” Go for the marble columns! (Granny did give Trevin quite a wallop for disobeying, but not even she could beat the smile off his face)

THERE people, the story you have been longin for.

For senior pictures at my HS, as one of their set of pictures several of the girls would get a picture with The Feathers, a sort of boa-like drape that would go across your shoulders so it looked like you were wearing a off-the-shoulder dress of feathers. The standard pose was pleasant but serious, no smile. Several of the football players got pictures taken the same way. The best ones mimicked the smile too. Classic.
