My guess is that this was taken on a Sunday (due to little to no traffic) and from the shadow of the Sun sometime around 10am-ish, just East of the North-Split on I-70 West. Lived in Indy for 13+ years. Great City Funny thing is, that looks kinda like my Black car there by his right shoulder
