I used to hate the elbow hold whenever prom pictures were taken (the guy stood behind his date and held her elbow while she held her own hands). It was always so awkward.
Mom and Dad have been done up by Madame Toussads (sp?). You hold up Dad, and I’ll hold up Mom…….it’s the only way were going to look like a real family for the trust funds!
Oh my. My old HS principal had a thing with grabbing elbows. He would randomly walk up to students in the hallway or wherever they were standing, give a big smile and a “How do? Good to see ya, good to see ya.” while shaking our elbows.
I have shot weddings before and I shot one worse than this. I would submit it but would hate to claim I took it!
Picture of Groom on one side, and all the married men on both sides facing him in a “conga” line each is putting his hand on the mans elbow in front of him, and the man in front is shaking the grooms hand… If you dont understand it, you are lucky. If you can visualize it, I am sorry. So, so sorry.
