  3. john in co says:

And the three in the back, why don’ they cats in their pockets. Is it a form of punishment or a form of merit.

His grin tells me, “If anyone had any idea what this kitten’s back claws were doing to my n***les, they would have a lot more sympathy on me!”

  13. Karen says:

The look on the face of the boy on the far left, coupled with the pleated jeans, is priceless!

  18. Chickenlips Jackson says:

Who else recongizes the Z. Cavaricci pants with the black label on the zipper area?!? Takes me right back to 1989.

  19. LindsayLu says:

Let’s just hope they remembered to take the cats out of their pockets BEFORE their shirts went into the wash…

  20. AS says:

    Somebody didn’t earn his cat.

  21. TattingChic says:

The look on the plaid-shirted-cat-in-the-pocket boy is priceless! What I want to know is why is the Mom looking lady looking like she is another world? Perhaps she is wondering why she doesn’t have a cat, too. LOL!

  22. Libby says:

Ooooh, everything about this photo is awkward!

  23. Alekx says:

Haha, that’s so odd and cute!

It’s as if they’re lined up for duty in an army or something.

  24. troismama says:

    Purrrfect!

  25. kandee says:

There is so much wrong with this very awkward pic. Hysterical too.

I feel like a dork for saying this, but i have totally put a kitten in my shirt pocket before, and it’s hilarious.

  29. Nancy says:

    THOSE ARE RACCOONS, not kittens.

  30. Joe says:

I want a cat in my pocket, it would increase the “joy” of the work day!

  31. snowrider says:

Oh man! It’s actually an early focus group/screen test shot for the movie Alien. It was this photo that convinced the movie writers that the Alien jus needed to be scarier.

  32. Susie says:

Lots of awkward hair in the photo, but hey, it was the 80s.

hilarious! I love the kid on the right with the red plaid shirt- his face is priceless

  34. Snowrider says:

Well on another note. I never liked the acid/stone washed jeans that we wore in 1989 like the kid on the far right. For some reason the dye was ALWAYS darker in the lower part of the “fly area”. It always….looked….well…..damp. Am I right?

  35. Jessica says:

Why does the oldest boy look like he’s about to cry?

the person third to the right really seems to be enjoying themselves

At least they don’t have ferrets in their pockets. That would be reallllly awkward.

  48. Carol says:

The kid on the left is the smart one who seems to realize how silly and fun it is to have a kitten hanging out of your pocket. Everyone else looks like they are trying to act casual as if the kittens are not there.

  49. Erika says:

    Hihi, that´s so cute!
