Well, judging by the bell bottoms and the fact that the skates are old-style, I’d say 70s or early 80s.
The photographer actually had the nerve to imprint his/her logo on it – in gold! I’m guessing this is circa 1975. Is it me, or are his left hand knuckles severely bruised and swollen? {{{Shivers}}}
‘bruised and swolen’ – I would guess he probably has had his as* kicked a few times for this whole ‘look’…

Usually, by the clothes and hair styles I can kind of figure out the decade the picture was taken but this one has me baffled. Any guesses?

My guess would be late 70s / early 80s. If this photo were to be animated, I’d swear he was one of the bad guys from Scooby Doo! (think about it…he’s wearing roller skates. So many of the bad guys wore roller skates to pass themselves off as ghosts and monsters. ) “I’d have gotten the gold if it weren’t for those pesky kids!!”
