Maybe not unbelievable but deeply impressive. You must have an amazingly high “awkwardness” threshold. We may need some of your family photos to check this out further. Where I come from holding guns in the bath, dressing up as Winnie the Pooh, or in costumes that look like bacon is, well, seriously awkward.

most likely there is no actual heel, just that little platform you can see behind the balls of her feet, helping her keep balance and hoist her leg up
