I know where this is! its in the most random part of Bethesda Maryland!
right in front of a hair salon……

  2. Mark says:

OMG I’ve been there it’s called “The Grotto” and it’s somewhere in Iowa! And it sucked…

  3. Lisa says:

    I like their sons 🙂

  4. Elizabeth says:

Whoa. I know exactly where this is, it’s about 3 blocks from my apt. I have no idea why anyone would want a picture there.

  5. Amy says:

They all look like they were in the middle of saying something. Except the dad. The dad just looks angry.

  6. Am says:

What is mom doing with her hands??

  7. Courtney says:

10 bucks says they are in Branson, Missouri and ate at McDonald’s on the way up from Arkansas, but mom made them get milk with their meals. They also stuffed their pockets with granola bars before going to Silver Dollar City. The kid with the longer ‘burns got the best score at Pirate’s Cove mini golf and that is the only pair of shoes the girl packed.

  8. James says:

Its a food pyramid for cannibals, obviously

  9. Anne says:

Their younger sibling is taking the picture and they’re sick of waiting for the kid to snap the photo, but Mom is smiling because she thinks it’s adorable.

  10. glasstabletop says:

I think it is interesting to see how much the sons take after their Dad and the daughter looks like a clone of her Mom. I love genetics.

  11. kyle says:

lol The two younger guys would think their sideburns look cool with a dad like that.

  12. Jenb says:

Whoa – I think I know exactly where this photo was taken, and it’s not a vacation destination. It’s a plaza between office buildings in Bethesda, MD, where there is this crazy sculpture, a fountain, and the Original Pancake House.

  13. Danielle says:

umm..did anyone notice how tiny the dads head is? a babies skull

  14. Krpl says:

Dude in orange seriously looks like the coolest mofo on earth.

  15. casual friday says:

    I don’t care what y’all say… Dad ROCKS… stuffed pockets ‘n all.

  16. Valerie says:

Looks like every family photo my mother-in-law takes. Doesn’t matter if you want to be in the picture, if you’re horrible ill, just given birth, whatever. As long as everyone present is IN the picture, it’s a success. And she’ll take a half hour to make sure it happens.

  17. Snobo says:

    are they even related!?!?

  18. sls says:

This looks like in front of some hotel or the place they have reservations. Just got of the plane or long car trip and the hotel staff or resort people are like “WELCOME WELCOME, time for a picture” they are so tired, hungry and caught off guard – all they want to do is check in to their room.

  19. Donnie says:

    Dude, the caption is awesome.

  20. angelina says:

did anyone notice how much the girl looks like Gaby Hoffman?

  21. Erik says:

The missing cast from True Blood.

  22. leeny says:

Dad didn’t get the sideburns memo

  23. betheremnant says:

I love the gum covered scenic background. Beauuuuu-tiful. It looks like the girl is in mid sentence…’Hurry up and get this pic so we can leave already!’ or maybe she is saying, ‘you didn’t set the camer timer rig–‘ CLICK.

  24. Robert says:

Girl on the upper right is QUITE hot!

  25. Maya B says:

Just because cargo shorts have pockets on the legs doesn’t mean you should stuff them full.

  26. binkymae says:

    It doesn’t look like Disneyworld.

  27. Susan says:

For people who don’t understand why this is awkward:
    – Dad looks stubbornly ready to have a very organized vacation, with tripticks from AAA, guidebooks and schedules
    – Mom’s going along with it
    – maybe the half-smilling dude from the left is also going along with it
    – but the two in the back on the right are freaked and are trying to wonder how they agreed to this in the first place and how to get out of it.
