I went to the Curl up and Dye beauty parlor just this morning and my new hairdresser Beatrice, you remember Beatrice don’t you dear, the one with the bunions she said….no not the Beatrice that works at the Piggly Wiggly dear, the one that’s son ran away with the barbers daughter, anyways, she said with this new permanant and covering my grays not to be out in the sun and wind for at least 4 hours or it would fade it. Yes, I did need to cover my grays. I’m 72 dear and you know my oldest sister Thelma she’s 75, she moved to Milwaukee back in 64 I always did like that Laverne and Shirley show, I wonder if it’s still on the air in re-runs and she said that she covered her grays so I have to cover mine too you see dear, I can’t have my older sister looking younger than me. I know she lives in Milwaukee and I live in Boise but what if we have a reunion?
