HA HA HA HA HA!!!
And why is poor Mom’s face cropped out of the picture???
He looks so proud of his work…..uh, it’s the thought that counts? LOL
Which work??
LOL..good one, Jon !
Just… too… awkward…
Good idea, poor execution.
I second that.
Not even Ariana was pleased enough with her work to be in this picture…
I have searched and searched this picture, but Mum to be doesn’t seem to have a belly button anywhere…
It’s hidden in the purple paint.
Yup- in the middle of the ‘purple heart flower thing’…..
Why stop there? Glue on some popsicle sticks and spray painted macaroni noodles.
classic!
and yarn! lots of yarn!
Are those Mickey Mouse ears!!??
no they’re the artists own!
in other news, is the child’s painted name arian? pronounced … ?
looks like ariana
Ariana – (air-e-on-ah)
That’s my name
Though I spell it slightly different and it is also often pronounced: Are-ee-on-uh. (The first part “Ari” rhymes w/ “sorry”)
Where’s her belly button?!? Did they fill it in with paint?
In the middle of the purple-heart-flower-thing…
Awww..and he signed it, too! That way mom’ll remember who drew graffitti all over her baby bump!
Oh my word, the caption is SPOT ON! (again)
Kudos AFP!
why? just why?
Can I have my milk and cookies now?
WHY NOT SHOW THE GIRLS FACE???
oh wait, I know why… maybe she’s embarassed lol
kinda sweet though lol
The thing is…she has no idea who he is.
The picture obscures the final A in the name written at the bottom…making it look like “Arian.” Spelling isn’t the same but say it out loud…..
That would make a great tattoo.
I think he painted it with his hair!
awwwww……I think this one’s going up on the fridge!
*hee*
All well and good until the paint seeps through her skin, and when the baby is delivered she has Ariana tattooed across her face…
She’d better not let that shirt down or it will be ruined.
Disturbing…on so many different levels.
I think the best word for the look on his face is “smug,” when in reality it should be, “Is that really the extent of my artistic ability?”
Well, when you’re an artist, the world is your canvas – Literally
I bet she was trying to cover up stretchmarks and it turned out, well…awkward.
I bet you have stretch marks. cause I know she doesn’t. I also think you are a rude b***h.
I think it’s funny that people are worried about her bellybutton.
That’s … weird.
We are all so happy for childbirth. But that doesn’t mean we all want to see it in the planning or execution stages.
Ladies, don’t let your husbands grow up to be artists!
The photographer asked John what was his inspiration for the painting. After a pregnant pause, John replied, “This was from my impressionist phase.”
His American flag on his shirt displays his proud patriotism.
Why is it a different shade of blue on the left side of the pic than the right?
HAHAHAHA!!
Some folks never grow out of kindergarden…
How do you know? :/
Ha ha ha!!!!!!
Maternity clothes are expensive, don’t get the paint on those jeans or shirt!!! Not worth the painting idea.
Holy crap, Maddox got big.
I actually know both of these people, I work with the lady. Both are really caring and super sweet and so in love. They did these pictures for the thank you cards for their baby shower. And by the way, the child is definitely his.
I also work with the mom! They are the most loving parents! Haters! The paints are so cute! Oh, and she wasn’t covering stretch marks! She’s a jazzercise instructor!
Wow imagine my surprise to see my belly and my husbands face on this web site. Since Claire posted this she knows right next to this was a pic of the same with my face in it. I am not ashamed to put my face and yes he is the father. By the way I do have a belly button it just thankfully is not a huge outie. I am sorry this is so ackward for you to understand. We were being creative I thought that is what art was all about! Thanks for all of your comments they were very hurt ful and just what I need while being pregnant. I thought this website would be funny not hurtful!
I think it’s cute. Some people are just rude. Congrats on the baby!
Hey great name for your baby!! At 20 yrs old, I’ve loved it my whole life!
now we’re REALLY feeling awkward!
blessings to you, your artistic hubby and little Ariana!
It’s a cute photo of a couple with their baby-to-be. Now stop being rude/obnoxious to them. I personally hope all went well with their pregnancy and delivery.
