I find this less funny because I know a four year old who did this. She ended up having to get her stomach pumped and she almost died.

Cute story! When I was between 1 and 2 I picked up my fathers cup of moonshine with about 1/4 inch left in the bottom and turned it up! I lost my breath and started turning purple, so my mom had to run my head under cold water to make me breathe again. All toddlers will pick up any cup and drink out of it… I don’t know why people are getting so bent out of shape about it.

actually my neice was potty trained at six mo. no joke. it takes time and good technique maybe.. but the gal’s pretty bright.

anyway, the pic is bland.. but the story is ABSOLUTELY GREAT. LOVE IT.

I believe the reason of people being “incredulous” over a 1 yr old on the toilet, is because he’s Drunk! Not because people are amazed that he’s potty trained. The photo is about alcohol, not about potty training. Read the caption, it explains it all. Also I am Canadian and I have lived on a border city all my life, I travel a lot in the states, and I have never seen a 3 or 4 year old in diapers. I think that is a very unfair statement.

I dont get that either, I’m potty training my son, who is 2 and of course we use a potty chair how is he expected to get up on the “big potty” until he’s a little taller?

I took my kids to the bathroom with me and set them on the potty and they were potty trained and out of diapers before two. And I’m American.
