Need that joke. Now.
Dear AFP uploader,
Back story – PLEASE!!!
Love,
Heather
YES!!! PLEASE!!!!!
I wish all submissions had a “behind the awkwardness” story. I remember when my neice was little everytime we all laughed simultaneously she would burst into tears. In her little mind, she figured if she missed the joke, she must have been the object of it.
Hi I am the girl crying in the picture , honestly I don’t know why I am crying ohh and they are laughing because I was crying
haha!
Honestly tammy, your braces look fine [giggles] and those glasses make you look so sophisticated [Breaks into roaring laughter]
And all the cool kids are wearing gigantic blue bows in their hair [mom breaks down]
That’s the backstory I was imagining. I think you’re there.
…the day we told her she’s adopted…
now that’s funny
Please explain your comment. I can see why a child might cry when she was told she was adopted, but why would three adults be laughing about it ?
its more about the family laughing about it that makes it awkward !!.. would a family laugh about it when they just told a kid that.. no.. and thats why its funny.. but its not funny anymore because it was explained.
…left handed people wouldnt understand
Snicker
nope. still funny.
I’m right handed and your explanation actually now makes your comment funny to me. Perhaps I’m special , too !
If you need it explained…oh never mind, just move along..nothing to see here.
It’s called a joke – geesh. Why do uptight people insist on visiting these sites???
. . . the day we told her she’s adopted and that the adopted family brought her back . . .
…could you explain that.. b-ahaha
As the old saying goes, too much laughing ends in crying.
That’s the nature of 13-year-old girls – they cry when everyone else is laughing.
She’s sad she got a bump it for her birthday
bahaha great!
If the girl that is crying is like my daughter she is saying “Stop laughing at me!” and then crying hysterically for 1/2 hour.
Something about the hairbow…
It’s not a hair bow, some one hit her on the head with an egg, that’s why she is crying
What i want to know is what the heck that girl in the front has on her head–at first glance it looked like a tarantula–yikes!
The girl in the front looks like she is laughing hysterically, not crying.
Its the girl in the back (on the far right of the photo) that is crying.
I…Um, that is…you see…
Nope. Don’t get it.
“We’re not laughing at you, honey, we’re laughing with you. OK, we’re laughing at you.”
Or as I like to say, “I’m not laughing at you, I’m laughing near you.”
that three day old chili really got to gladys, but ethel was the one who suffered from it!
I can hear her saying “Marcia, Marcia, Marcia!!!”
Sometimes I laugh so hard that I start to cry – maybe that’s what happened here.
I think just being in the photo with those overly-awkward people reduced her to tears.
“Come on now and quit that cryin’! We’re trying to take a picture here!”
ok…ok…so then,… so then after we ran over the cabbage patch doll, we sat it on fire…on fire!….so then, so then, we took the hair off and made the headband for her sister!… Oh man…..good times…
Too much ha-ha, pretty soon boo-hoo…
Okay! Everybody say, “Fluffy’s Dead!”
I love the tear stain on her shirt. It’s the little detail that just frames the whole picture.
they’re obviously all four of them laughing. hella lame.
The one in front cracks me up! – Love it!
I’m laughing so hard from crying… oh wait. I meant that the othe way around!!
I love it! The one up front just can’t contain herself.
The empty chair is distracting me now, though. It’s not in the picture, it’s not out of the picture. Why’s it there? It’s like a mystery I can’t solve.
I’m not laughing at you
I’m enjoying your company
