Window Shopping

The only way to get this family to take a photo was to lock them in a room together.

I’m cracking up just reading everyone’s comments. *wipes tears*

  2. Richard says:

would’ve made a better pic if they pushed their noses up against the glass!

  3. Marjie says:

Can’t help but feel compelled to invite them all in for dinner.

  4. Rob says:

The only win here is for the epic fail category. The guys in this pose knew this was wrong.

  5. Jennica says:

this is wrong on so many levels..

  6. Serena says:

Did anyone else see the movie, The Others? If so…you’ll understand why this photo kinda scared me!

  7. Someone Else says:

Sad attempt at the “Brady Bunch” pose…FAIL!

  8. I am assuming that the gentleman in the upper left is the dad. He seems to be saying, “whose idea was this?” If only they had decided to all look in a different direction…it could be their homage to the “Brady Bunch” theme song. After all, their heads would all be in a different box.

The song go something like this:

    “Here’s a story
    of a funny lady
who was thinking of the perfect family shot…
    They were hesitant
    Like their father
Who said “not on my-y watch!”

  9. As bad as this is, it’s only made worse by the reflections…
    Bad, bad, bad. :)

    • Lucy Mae says:

No doubt! Seeing the professional lighting reflection is a big no-no, and it’s all off balance too! Of course this photo is incredibly strange too, just kinda creepy.

  10. HeatherW says:

Honestly, I see no better way to make use of perfectly good French doors than an awkward photo such as this.

  11. Mary says:

… It makes me kinda sad that this photo was indeed taken by a “professional photographer”… *shudder*

  12. Jaz says:

Notice how the women are all smiling and so happy about the picture, while the men look mostly angry?

  13. Kitty says:

Is it me or is the woman? (person) in the bottom left shirtless?

  14. DK says:

    Maybe they got evicted.

  15. Jeff says:

    I can’t lie, that’s pretty terrifying.

  16. OMGIDK says:

Each pane is a peeping Tom portrait! (and nighmare)

  17. ReginaPhalange says:

I’m not sure what freaks me out more: the extremely toothy smiles of the women or the extremely angry glares of the men.

  18. Ashley says:

THIS IS MY FAMILY AND WE TOOK THIS PICTURE BECAUSE MY AUNT HAS CANCER AND SHE WANTED US TO TAKE PICTURES. IT WAS HER LAST WISHES SO WE DID WHAT WE HAD TO DO TO MAKE HER HAPPY NO MATTER HOW BAD THE PHOTOGRAPHER WAS AND HOW CORNY WE ALL THOUGHT IT WAS. THIS IS DEFINITELY JUST A PROOF AND NOT THE FINAL COPY THOUGH. IF I WOULD HAVE KNOWN SUMONE WOULD HAVE UPLOADED IT FOR JOKES I WOULDN’T OF SHARED IT WITH MY FRIENDS! BTW IM NOT NAKED!!!!!!!!!

    • Casper says:

Oh honey, don’t take peoples comments to heart, no-one, I can’t imagine, would deliberatly be meaning to be cruel to anyone in the photos or hurt their feelings at all, they just have fun trying to come up with witty comments. I really hope and pray your Aunt is doing ok and she is able to kick this cancer issue to the curb!

Just don’t take others comments to heart, the main thing is that you’ve got some great memories from taking some great and interestingly posed photos with your Aunt & the rest of your family that you can look back on and remember for yrs & yrs to come!

  19. ohsnapiam58 says:

Ashley’s comments prove 2 things: 1)Don’t submit private photos without permission and 2) You never know the story behind pictures so careful with the comments.

  20. Rach says:

    Awwwww, Ash!

  21. Katie Swim says:

  22. mary says:

  23. england says:

  24. Casper says:

It is a good photo there, nice way to frame the family in a pic…I wonder if it was a family member taking the shot or a photog..if this was a first run photo or there’s a better final shot somewhere…centered a bit better and slightly different lighting…maybe adding a pet into a right hand side pane, where to match the girls spot (who’s sitting on he bottom left) it’d look really awesome…don’t see anything really awkward about it actually…it’s a fun shot…nothing innapropriate in it at all…that I can see anyway!

  25. ANONYMOUS says:

The man in the middle is definitely no amused.
