Funniest thing about this photo is that there’s a kitty litter ad on this page! Ha! BTW, is that really a cat? Structured to be on it’s elbows in a very unnatural position?
It’s a rabbit skeleton not a cat…look at the head it doesn’t have carniverous teeth like a cat and rabbits have legs like that for jumping.
Rabbits also have giant incisors for biting plants. This is a cat; look at the canine teeth.
The skeleton looks like it is about to go down-hill skiiing!!
what is wrong with me that the thing I find most disturbing about this picture is the fact that the cat is slanted and not held at a proper horizontal line?

The “things” that seem to be hanging out of the cat’s chest area are the cat’s shoulderblades…in cats the shoulderblades are only held in place by muscle and not by bone like in dogs and people. That is why they look like they are floating. I am a vet tech and when i was in school i had to dissect a cat…and i’m pretty sure this “skeleton” is a model and is not real…it looks too perfect. i would be curious to see if the people that sent in this pic will post the story behind it…i would guess that one or both of them are vet students or something…this is the kind of picture that i would take…i have a weird sense of humor too! haha
Yeah there is no way it is real. You can’t get bones that white, unless you were to paint them (I worked with real skeletons in school too)….maybe they painted the bones of their dead cat AND they are vet students! It all makes sense now!
