I know these lovely people and they not only do themed pics – they do themed parties (great ones), themed house decor, themed trips, etc. A really fun bunch! Who posted this pic…………….Luke??? He’s the little kid on the left….famous in his own right!
That is my family, I am not even kidding. Worst partvis the guy posed laying down is my dad. I go on this site everyday and when I saw this I was shocked and could barley catch my breath, I laughed so hard.
Oh, and the person that says this is from the 90′s you are right. I am 16 and this was taen the year before I was born.
Also, I get together with most on a weekly basis. We all live super close XD.
I used to own denim shirts back in the early nineties. Luckily, they were quickly outdated. Seems like the right era for this picture, frizzy perms, hats worn backwards with bangs in the front. Early nineties perfection.
…or had they all been standing around at the ol’ family reunion when they suddenly realized that every adult at the party was in a denim shirt, which sparked a spirited and humorous discussion about being “on the same wavelength”, which, in turn, tied in beautifully with the already established debate over What to Wear in the Next Family Portrait?
On that note, it’s really funny how they all picked out the SAME exact type of denim shirt…
Note the pearlized snaps and identical breast pockets.
Theory:
One of the aunts ran out to the nearest cowboy shop and just bought the same shirt in every conceivable size. She even brought one for the photographer to lighten the mood.
It’s like I always say, some people can pull off hats and others can’t. And some just need to find the right hat for them. This looks like a few just got some of their hats from the photographer.
The woman in the middle had the right idea. Wear a denim hat and sit in the middle of all the denim and you almost look like the normal, hatless person in the picture.
At our elementary school, we occasionally have “Crazy Hat Day.” Some of the parent class helpers get into it more than the kids. I think this family may have just all climbed aboard the school spirit bandwagon and forgot to climb off again before their photography appointment.

I like little Eminem on the far right…he’s goin’ along with this crazy thing, but he’s keepin’ his cool intact.
Wow……Total Canadian Tuxedo’s…Denim Jeans and Denim Jacket…Priceless
Come on, everybody. Let’s gather ’round the hat box. Everyone pick a very special hat.
Idiana jones and the family of dome
it’s the Jaye Leno family: Jay was in the driveway parking the jet powered car.
THAT’S THE DUDE FROM THE BENDER & BENDER LAW FIRM IN THE INDIANA JONES HAT! HAHAHAHAH!
Guy with the yellow hat = rebel!

WOW a true Texas Tuxedo!
Oddly enough, I think this picture is cute.
The President, Vice President, and CEO of Levi Strauss…and family.

Your dad is Indiana Jones cool with his snazzy hat and knowing grin, but Chuck Norris tough with his Delta Force fists.
Wow! You were spared hathair. Any other themed portraits since the 90s?
Haha yeah, I would love to see how you guys topped it the next year
Well that caps it off nicely. Brim full of ideas.
Touche!!
I give them a “hats off” for effort! Do you realize how difficult it is to get that many family members in the same place these days?
I like the sombrero! That’s HOT!
I bet they bought the giant 8×10 for max-hat exposure.
How come we never see people wearing denim shirts in the real world? Can you only buy them thru your local portrait photographer?

I was thinking, that’s a lot of denim in one picture.
what were they thinking…did they use their thinking caps…?
10 points for the Indiana Jones hat…however minus 4 points for the armshelf pose on a fluffy, fringed pillow.
Out of ALL those hats and caps, not ONE single Thinking Cap! Pity.
In what alternate universe do people think a photo like this is a good idea?
Less metaphysically … did some/all of them have to go out and buy denim clothes just for this photo?

*snappin’ fingers* Problem solved!

family togetherness – so overrated!

lol just lol
hahah her hat blends in so well!!!!
Call me crazy, but I like this picture.
Me too! :#
I like it too, they all look so relaxed and sort of happy with their relatives.
Me too! Because me and my extended family are not in it.
Whose kids are those?
When the photographer cried “EVERYONE, find a goofy hat” he had no idea what this family had in store.

Granny has triple denim!
Uncle Bob, always the non-conformist, insisted on wearing a YELLOW hat despite rules stating that all hats should be denim, black, white, or straw.
I thought it was a Cub Scout cap at first. Maybe it is. That wacky Uncle Bob!!!!!!!
Aunt Peggy is wearing a Blossom hat.
WOAH.
