“My Mother and I. We are wearing the same jacket and when I say same I don’t mean matching, I mean litterally we are wearing one jacket. My right arm and my mothers left. This was a gift from an aunt who custom made the jacket for my mother and I to wear for our Coverlook photo shoot.”

First off, its a beautiful photo. Second, its ridiculous that people are worrying about the validity of a story…. WHO CARES?!?!? The jacket was MADE for them, therefore it is QUITE possible for the two sides to look different… if it was MADE TO LOOK THAT WAY. Even if it is two jackets… WHO CARES?!?!?
…I come here to get a laugh. Not all the craziness that people are posting.
BTW- Why would a poster lie about something on a site? That just wastes too much time and energy…
Funny story! It really does look like two different jackets, though. You can see it quite plainly, actually. But it’s a lovely photo, and you and your mother are both very beautiful.

Usually in a glamour shots photo shoot the person having their photo taken has this type of shiny fabric draped around their shoulders or wrapped around their torso. It’s so the photographer doesn’t have to have a million outfits for different sized people. Looks like they are sharing the jacket and are wrapped with fabric over the shoulder to me.
Wow, ppl, can you really not take the poster’s word for it? She said it was CUSTOM MADE by her AUNT.
This means it was made for this specific purpose.
Now who knows why she thought it was necessary to make it all one piece, but that doesn’t mean that both side have to be the same or even made from the same material.
And no, you cannot see where their jackets are separate. Their hair is in the way and all you can see are folds.
Look at the different shoulders and lapels. I don’t even think the gold lame is of the same shade. Interesting story, though. Oops, you got busted, girl!!
they are definitely NOT wearing one jacket…. it’s pretty obvious. and who knows why the poster lied, to create an interesting(dumb) story? people do the darndest things.

as for who ever said they could see that the jackets are different and not the same one as the poster of the picture said…well you must have some wonderful eyes because I can’t see it at all….like someone said in response to that…why would the poster of the poster lie…that would be dumb…a lot like going back to the bit about me versus i….people get real….stupid…and if someone wants to correct my gramer…i couldn’t care less…wasn’t trying to proper….doesn’t matter…
as for the picture….the mother and daughter are beautiful….bet they had a lot of fun doing that….

I hardly think the poster would make that kind of thing up. Who shares a jacket with someone?
