Enter The Virgin America Awkward Vacation Contest

The submission deadline is only a few days away so enter before it’s too late!
Submissions accepted until October 5th at 11:59 PM PST. Voting on the finalists begins October 6th. Winning submission receives 4 round-trip tickets anywhere Virgin America flies. The most awkward California submission (decided on October 6th) wins a joyride with three of their guests from Los Angeles or San Francisco to Orlando on October 13, 2010 as part of Virgin America’s Orlando launch party flight where they will be greeted on arrival at a red carpet reception hosted by Sir Richard Branson. Virgin America will even throw in a three night hotel stay (10/13 – 10/16).

That poor girl doesn’t just look swollen, I mean, she looks like she needs to go to the doctor; like her face is allergic to bee sting, and she just got stung… in the face. D:
The little girl on the right looks like her eyes are swollen..mine get like that if i get sunscreen close to my eyes. (rubbing it towards that area during the day). Sucks. Curse of being red head and being fare!
Dad’s right hand is just sort of hanging in mid-air like a skyhook; maybe Daughter’s skin is so red, that it hurts when anything touches it (been there).
The girl on the right looks like her eyes are swollen shut.
There faces are most likely wind burned or from being outside when it’s cold. It looks to me like the girl is holding a ski lift tag, which would explain the cold windburned faces.
Its a powder ridge resort ski tag you’re correct. And yes they are probably wind burnt livin in MN I know how that is and that resort is by St Cloud which is probably why she is wearing the St Cloud, MN shirt.
Why are only their faces burnt?
