If you look closely, I mean.

  2. blinker says:

That poor, poor girl (and WHAT is going on with her legs?). And the poor, poor monkey.

This is my new desktop background.

  3. valentine says:

Gidget’s catatonia set in at this moment, and has remained unaffected except for a brief remission after the hysterical blindness went away.

  4. meansheep says:

    Can’t. Look. Away.

  5. LKT says:

    Whoa!

I dunno…I am rather glad there isn’t a back-story. Leaves SOOOOO much to the imagination! :):):)

  6. Em says:

Wild guess: The dog is jumping up in the air to catch the stuffed animal, which it missed. Little girl in background surprised by how high dog jumped.

  7. Mary says:

Man, I hate it when those ravenous, monkey killing poodles invade my vacation resort too! It always puts such a damper on my summer fun!

  8. ponownie says:

    Awesome…

  9. JerseyPam says:

Will someone with a better computer please tell me what the picture on the wall is? I zoomed in and all I can decipher is a Timex wearing arm holding a pickaxe.

    • Ducky says:

It looks like a painting of a scuba diver with a harpoon and hammer(?) facing off with some kind of large fish.

    • Rebecca says:

That is a picture of a person spear fishing, that’s a spear gun. You wear a snorkel mask and dive down after fish. I lived in Hawaii and am pretty sure I had this exact rattan couch!

    • Kat says:

That’s a guy facing off against a literal “pool shark” I do believe. The “pickaxe” thing is those fake knuckles you rest your cue on when you can’t get into the right position to use your actual knuckles. In the other hand is his cue.

  10. CarrieM says:

Looks like the dog just sneezed so hard it blew it off the floor.

  11. Mavennica says:

I would have a shocked look on my face too if I discovered my dog violating my favorite stuffed animal.

  12. Ducky says:

Anna returned from sunbathing just in time to see Fluffy sucked into a cosmic wormhole. The poor pooch was never seen again.

Even tho I’m laughing so hard at this, I am begging for a back-story or some kind of explanation as to what is going on. Somebody, please help. Love it!

  14. Tom Flapwell says:

Is this a still from a B horror?

  15. Elizabeth says:

I don’t even know where to start… The stylish wicker furniture, the strange monkey-like stuffed animal the dog has, the startled looking adolescent in a polka-dot bikini, the jungle-theme prints… there’s already so much going on here even without the rather athletic and perhaps aggravated poodle in the foreground.

    • Rebecca says:

That’s Rattan furniture and also a picture of someone spear fishing on the wall behind the couch, I’m gonna say they’re in Hawaii, lucky them! :)

    • Kat says:

I would suspect from the “tropical” decor and swimsuit that this is some wealthy family’s poolhouse, or pool-adjacent rec room. based on the girl’s hands, I think she was prepared to catch the toy if the dog missed. The camera’s presence suggests they knew the dog was prone to getting goofy during games of catch/keep-away and were trying to get him to do something eccentric. That the girl is surprised seems odd, because she obviously saw the camera so knew something camera-worthy was about to happen (even if we imagine she’s a guest who didn’t know of the dog’s odd habits) but I suppose seeing a little dog go berserk would be a bit shocking even when expected.
Or here’s another thought: they’re both on mini-trampolines?

  16. Mandie says:

Speechless. Not sure what’s going on here. Just hope the dog is ok. Wish I knew the background on this story here.
