-Rodents (mice, rats, etc.)

-Random (skunks, opossums, insects, something we’ve never heard of, etc.)

-We are also looking for awkward family pet stories in all categories of pets

If you have any of these awkward family pet photos or stories and want to be a part of our second book, pls submit to:

  10. Kathleen says:

Ha Chris H you really dislike posed photos eh?

That dog must be perfectly trained. It’s a golden too, they love food the most! Mine would definitely be trying to eat it off of his own face.

    • J says:

It doesn’t need to be perfectly trained. As a dog trainer, I can tell you, this picture can be achieved with two of the most basic commands: “stay” and “leave it”.

I have a Pit Bull/Basset Hound (talk about a love of food!), and with those two commands, I can get her to pose in a “down” with food on both front paws, in between both front paws, on her nose and on top of her head.

She’s a royal pain in the butt 99% of the time.

  11. Chris H says:

That was not randomly awkward. It was posed. Please–no more of those.
