A church photo and everyday photo – somedays it’s Jesus other days it is smurf – sometimes bread & “wine” other days an ice cream cone – sometimes a tux other days sweatpants. This kid is so cute.

aside from the hasslehoff vs MJ vs amish guy shirt dilemma…my big issue with the arrangement of the photo is scale. is the kid standing on something?! did his family really mount his first communion photo on the wall 3 feet off the ground? also, this kid is too cute for words.

it seems like he’s standing on something….the way his legs are VERY close together like a very squishy couch cushion is just waiting to catapult him off the bag of the couch
haha…i also got the image of him standing precariously on the back of a couch for mom or grandma to snap this pic. sweat pants must give a kid center of gravity powers.

Is it me, or does it look like he smeared a little of the ice cream on his first communion picture? Can’t imagine why…
Maybe they only had one Jesus and Me picture, and they wanted to send a copy to family?

This is one of those perfect AFPs. The expression on his face(s), the dirty knees on his sweat pants, the relative positions of Papa Smurf and Jesus, the awesomeness of his t-shirt (which I’m not convinced in MJ). An ice cream cone, for goodness sake. And WHY someone took this photo: “Hey, Billy, bring your ice cream cone over here. I want to take a picture in front of this picture.” I really can’t conceive of how one would improve this photo in any way. Unless THIS photo was hanging on the wall, and Billy was standing in front of it with… (c’mon, play along…)

Yep, that’s Michael Jackson, pre-plastic surgery. He did that pose a lot in the early 80s, with those big shouldered jackets.
