In honor of awkward family vacations, Embassy Suites Hotels (the hotel that gives its guests MORE Reasons to Stay®) and Awkward Family Photos are proud to announce the Embassy Suites Awkward Family Vacation Photo Contest!
Submit your awkward family vacation photos (pic must be of your family) featuring MORE sunburns, MORE matching outfits, and MORE pyramid poses on the beach until 9:00 pm (PST) August 2, 2011. Then come back between August 3 and August 9 to vote for your favorite awkward photo among the 20 finalists. The photo that displays MORE awkwardness and gets the most votes will take over the homepage on August 10 and win the least awkward prize we’ve ever offered:
- 14 nights at either the Embassy Suites Waikiki Beach Walk, Embassy Suites Lake Tahoe Hotel & Ski Resort, or Embassy Suites Greenville Golf Resort
- $15,000 to cover your family’s airfare and expenses

Me too! My favorite bit is the girl in the middle and the look on her face, she just knows that this is probably not such a good pose.
