This picture is superb! Everything about it is wonderful.
Just a quick question: Rawhide Proof. Does this mean the fam is impervious to rawhide, or is it indisputable evidence the fam visited the amusement park?
To me, all the kids and the mom look uncomfortable, while Dad is pretty content. Wonder what the back story is…..eating contest maybe? The sign in the background reads “Restaurant” which makes me wonder if Dad just at the 10 lb steak in order to get a free tee shirt and a picture on the wall……Adam Richmond would be proud!

there’s a western attraction place called ‘rawhide’ in scottsdale, arizona. i’ve been there a couple of times as a kid.
Is it just me or do the kids look like they are made of plastic?
Love the sunburn on the kid in the foreground – I’ll bet they traveled a ways to get to this restaurant!

*ate, not at, sheesh!
The kids in this photo are adorable because they are loving it! Adds to the lovely awkwardness.
Look! It’s Hoss and his brood!
He didn’t die…he traveled to 1977!
What is the situation in which rawhide must be proved ?
