I’m Melanie the youngest in the pic. Now almost 24. That’s my dad and two step sisters and grandma. These pushings happened a lot growing up lol. I assure you this isn’t photoshopped:) its just a regular day in the life of bekk Hannah and Mel .
This looks photo-shopped. Not only is the family in a brighter light than the background but if the girl were pushed it is not likely her feet would go so high in the air at that angle.
The subjects in the photo are brighter because of a nifty thing called a FLASH. And her foot looks like a perfectly reasonable place to be, given that she had just been shoved and was probably lying flat on her back with her feet in the air. Why would someone go through the trouble of photo-shopping themselves in front of frickin’ suburbs?
I read the caption and thought… “ummm yeah i can see her, she’s right there, just leaning away a bit”.. thinking the youngest girl had pushed her sister in black.
The little sister has her eyes closed [having a out of body experience since her *sisters are AT it again]
Dad figures if he doesn’t re-act in any way maybe the two girls will settle down.
Bekka has such a look of victory on her face I wanted to leap to my feet and give a fist pump “at LAST at LAST!!”
Grandma is thinking beige should we paint the den beige?
I know the girl in the black did it because she is doing the “Smooth Criminal lean”. I love how all you see is just a vertical leg in the picture “Annie Are You OK? So, Annie Are You OK”
My first thought was that was one serious push to get her heals over head! But then I thought….hhmm…dad doesn’t seem phased at all so she couldn’t have been hurt. Thanks for sharing.
I’m the mom of these two girls and the one taking the picture. Trust me…there is no photoshopping! This pic has been a family favorite for years. My oldest daughter (in black) is now 30, and her sister shown flying out of the picture is 27. DM
Nothing fake – she was kind of exaggerrating her fall out of the picture too, but I have other pictures from this day…do I need to post so I can prove it’s my sister’s foot?
The white outline is just from the house in the background/ the back-lighting. And the “no grass between her legs” deal is actually her legs. It looks like she’s wearing a pair of white stockings (nylons, pantyhose, or whatever you call the silky things you wear with dresses. Too many names for one annoying piece of clothing…) And if you look really close, you can actually see grass between her legs. It’s just really, really thin.
Now to stop seeming like a perv by examining the legs of a girl and comment on the photo itself: If I had siblings, I would so do that to them. ^_^
This ranks right up there as my favorite awkward photo. Mean sister, grinning at her evildoing? Check. Oblivious family? Check. Flying foot? Check. Brilliant.
What’s funny here is that everyone assumes Bekk (in black) is the mean one. She’s actually pushing the mean one. Sorry Hannah…..but you know it’s true!! We love ya!!

This one is great! I assume it’s the older sister in the black dress that pushed her. It would be even funnier if it turned out to be the little sister though.

That is unbelievably funny..had I been drinking something It would have shot out my nose

I don’t care if it was photo shopped or not….still hilarious. lmao.

………..then i see the leg!!! brilliant!

We’ve heard from the culprit and photographer (Mom), now I’d love to hear the sister’s POV about it….
Hilarious

Lol!
HA HA HA! Will hvae to remember the “Smooth Criminal Lean” the next time I knock over my sister.
@Bekk, I’m really glad you didn’t put your Granny
Well done by the way. This is the funniest picture I’ve seen on here in a long time.
uhhhh *push* your Granny……
HAHA! That would SO be worth a week’s grounding! What a great picture!
This photo made me snort with laughter. Sibling rivalry taken to its extreme!
This made me laugh out loud. Hilarious!
Beautiful. Just beautiful.
My first thought was that was one serious push to get her heals over head! But then I thought….hhmm…dad doesn’t seem phased at all so she couldn’t have been hurt. Thanks for sharing.
I can just picture this picture being my family and cousins…I being the one you only see the leg…my family was so mean to me growing up! haha.
You also look a little off-balance.
(Assuming that the one in black did the pushing…)
Not every photo is photoshopped. Is it not possible for such a great photo to exist ever in anyone’s lifetime? Jayyysus!
Thank you!!
LOL Hilarious!!

It figures it was the middle child getting the push!
Maybe the sister is proud of her leg?
LMFAO
Too funny! There were many times growing up
I wanted to do exactly this!!
There’s something fake here.
Yeah, could be… but look at the little girl in fronts response as well. Looks like she is looking at fallen sister?
Nothing fake – she was kind of exaggerrating her fall out of the picture too, but I have other pictures from this day…do I need to post so I can prove it’s my sister’s foot?
ok ok I believe you!!
your family just kinda looks like it has that “outline” inserted people sometimes have.
Even if it was, it would be hilarious. My brothers shop photos sometimes that have becaome classics in my family.
Agree – white line around girls head & no grass between her legs … but hey ..its awkward anyway you look at it.

In my defense…I have the worst scanner. But it’s real!

“White sandals after Labor Day? You’re outta here!”
The mean ones always wear black.
agreed!
Haha, I had a black obsession when I was younger…
Hilarious! Would you push out now?
Nah…we get along now!
wait until she’s pregnant.
MissouriGranny – this picture was taken in Independence, Missouri.
What’s funny here is that everyone assumes Bekk (in black) is the mean one. She’s actually pushing the mean one. Sorry Hannah…..but you know it’s true!!

Pretty much the best thing ever.
She did what we all wanted to do. lol
it looks more like this picture was photoshopped. they don’t look real????
I havta agree on this one—though if it is, it’s pretty funny anyway
I was thinking that something looked off with this one. I am not one to cry “photoshop!” at every other picture, but this one . . . I think is fake.
agreed. funny caption on a doctored photo… only kinda funny
Folks, I definitely didn’t photoshop! I don’t even know how!
I’m the mom of these two girls who are now 30 and 27. The oldest (in black) did the pushing. Trust me – no photoshopping! And yes, I wouldn’t be surprised to see either one of them do it even now!
I had to look twice before I spotted her. Nicely done!
LOVE IT!!!!
It’s HILARIOUS that you’re the only one smiling too!! HAHAHAHAHA!!!
This one is great! I assume it’s the older sister in the black dress that pushed her. It would be even funnier if it turned out to be the little sister though.
That’s amazing! LOL What timing.
she probably deserved it.
Oh, she did…
I think its hilarious that noone in the picture even glances her way as she falls.
No kidding! I can hear myself talking to my own kids – I don’t care what your sister did, just look at the camera and smile!
OMGS That is FREAKING Hilarious
