There is a reason imaginary friends should remain imaginary.
(submitted by Taylor)
That doll looks like John Travolta…
Actually, I’m pretty sure this is Terry Fator, who has a multi-million dollar contract for his show on the strip. Creepy? Yes. Hilarious? FOR SURE. Winning? MOST DEF!
I think Terry’s wife is named Taylor and this was submitted by someone named Taylor . . .
Hey look, it’s Jeff Dunham as a kid!!
Go watch “Magic” with Anthony Hopkins if you really want to be creeped out by a doll. Lol
Why didn’t anyone think to draw two vertical lines from the boy’s mouth down to his chin?
Love this pic.
This is Gurgle Worthington’s country cousin. (anyone? Gurgle?)
What a cute kid! It’s funny, he and the dummy have the same smile going
That dummy is thinking bad thoughts….it’s in his eyes
Why am I hearing the Twilight Zone theme???
Not creepy in the least. Mocking a child who loves a toy is a great example of the cruelty of this site. Not only is this pic not awkward, it’s in fact very sweet. Anyone who thinks this is disturbing and “won’t sleep tonight” doesnt have kids.
Considering how most pictures are submitted by the people in them…I highly doubt the man this boy became minds us having a laugh at his expense. It’s not cruel when a pal brings out a childhood pic and we laugh about the ridiculous things we used to wear. That’s what this site is about! Yes, the pic is sweet, but the doll is also creepy…as most dolls are.
I have 2 kids and still have pediophobia. A fear of dolls… so yes, this is a creepy pic but yes the kid is cute and sweet. If you think THIS site is cruel you haven’t been very far on the internet. This is probably one of the most tame sites out there. People share their awkward photos and we laugh with them. Relax.
Wallace relax and get a sense of humor…sheesh.
The dummy goes on to coach Tampa Bay to a superbowl victory.
I almost spit my coffee when I read that comment! WIN!!!!!
I don’t think it’s that bad. If I shut one eye and squint really hard the dummy kinda looks like Rob Lowe. I’m lonely.
Yes. Yes, you are lonely.
Lonely, maybe, but a genius!! I actually squinted and am in full agreement! I laughed so hard!
…and now the snorting begins.
That dummy has Michelle Bachmann’s eyes!
“No, you’re the dummy.”
Why do dummies have to be so maniacal-looking? I blame The Twilight Zone for my fear of them.
Stephen King as a child.
I was just about to post this! The resemblance is uncanny
You’re all going to feel terrible when I tell you these guys are Siamese Twins.
Why does it appear that the boy’s shirt is disintegrating into tiny dots and exploding all over the dummy and his own arm?
It’s called a flash, glaring on a glossy picture – it’s a picture of a picture.
It almost looks like the dummy has his arm around the kid. . .oh crap, maybe he does. . .nightmare city, baby.
Terror has a new face…and the dummy is creepy too! : )
I will NEVER sleep again……
There was no hair gel left for Piney Pete, apparently.
LOL!!! Thanks Scout!!!
I keep thinking of the Jonathan Coulton song, “Creepy Doll.”
I didn’t need to sleep tonight anyway.
Creepy puppets! I couldn’t be in the same room as that thing so I give the kid credit for having his picture taken with it.
Wow that is creepy beyond words!
Chuck and Chuckie…
…but which one is scarier?
The ‘dummy’ looks a little like Phil Dunphy…
Hahaha – “WTF – why the face?”
LOL! Great one Michele!
it’s just plain weird that the dummy looks more alive than the kid…*shudder*
Fantastic. Somewhere a group of shrinks are rubbing their hands together in glee with the certainty they will always have custom.
Is that Jeff Dunham?
I thought it was Jeff Dunham too. I just watched his Biography show.
I am almost positive that is him
Jonathan Lipnicki before he auditioned for Jerry Maguire?
The dummy is odd but this little guy is adorable!
“the dummy is odd”?? my fat aunt harriet! it’s scary as hell!
Yes, the little guy is ADORABLE.
You are my new hero…”my fat aunt harriet”…hahahahaha
I would hate to see your old “hero”
I agree. Having a boy that age myself and given the fact the little guy is holding the doll like a loving father and has a big, proud smile on his face, I’d bet this was his favorite toy at the time and he really, really wanted a picture of the two of them together. For me, the sheer cuteness of it all overwhelms the creepy factor (and no, this is not my pic).
I thought so too, he’s really sweet! Reminds me of my little brother at that age.
Well, creepy, but in fact it’s a good evidence of the fect that children can love someone/something what is “ugly” or “creepy”… I just love this little gentleman. Cute one!
