I’m not 100% sure but that guy in the Dracula costume looks like Count Gore DeVol a local horror movie host,kind of like a male Elvira.
There is so much awesome going on in this i don’t even know where to begin! I dreamed of sitting on Dracula’s lap when i was a kid.

I wanted Mork suspenders, but my mom couldn’t or wouldn’t get them for me. I would have been a little jealous.
Still, I don’t understand the sitting-on -Dracula’s-knee-like-he’s-Santa thing, but I kind of like that I don’t understand it.
