Where’s the tiny cowboy hat when you need one?

  9. KLS says:

Maybe the stable ran out of big horses and said this is all we have.
She said perhaps it wont be noticable in the photos

  10. odell says:

She’s not even looking at him? That’s cold, lady.

  11. Katey says:

My thought maybe she went down the aisle to him on a horse, and the flower girls went down the aisle on miniature ponies, and they were just taking a goofy pic…

  12. ill duce says:

Do you Sancho Panza, take Donna Quixote to be your lawfully wedded wife?

Ok, I think I know how this came about:

  20. Liam says:

Scissors rock paper for the pony

  21. Karla says:

OMG! I frightened my coworker I was laughing so hard. Why? Why the tiny little pony?? She’s beautiful, her horse is beautiful, the background is beautiful. Why, I say again, why is he on the pony?

  22. LilyC says:

If your toes touch the ground whilst sitting on your pony, me thinks you’re too big to ride it.

    • GraineG says:

These little ponies can take a lot of weight, shetlands are mini tanks, they are stronger than many taller breeds such as thoroughbred racehorses

  23. wreck says:

My comments seem to disappear a lot!?!
I think the “boy” looks like the same kid sitting on the pedestal with the fan!

  24. kelcut says:

I can hear their first argument.
Him: “Oh, get off your high horse!”

  25. doggiekittymama says:

    Very awkward!

  26. Wendy says:

She should have been clearer when she wished for a STUD on her wedding day!

  27. Cyberg00se says:

I hope that was one hell of a weight lifter pony, but somehow I don’t think so. Ah well, what’s hurting a pony. if it’s in the name of comedy and Your Special Day.

He could have stood at the pony’s head, or he could have sat in the pony cart that horse was hitched to in the other photo. It’s easier for them to pull you but you still have to keep an eye on the whole weight to condition ratio.

    • Annika says:

I wouldn’t worry about the pony, it looks like it’s got a good chunk of Shetland in there, and those things are strong. The guy isn’t very big either, so a Shetland pony should have no trouble carrying him. It was probably not for longer than the shoot, either, since I’m not seeing a girth on the little one and the girl doesn’t look like she has the faintest idea of how to ride side-saddle.

    • GrainneG says:

It’s definitely is a weight lifter pony seeing as it looks like a shetland and those little guys are mini-tanks and are stronger than many taller breeds such as thoroughbred racehorses, they are bred to be tough.

If a shetland pony was a human, it would be the shortarse capable of breaking someone over its knee

  28. Bernardo says:

Talk about Ride of the Valkyries…

  29. wendy says:

    Bride from La Mancha?

  30. Patty says:

I do believe my Ken doll looked like the groom when I made him ‘ride’ one of my My Little Ponies…

  31. Pete says:

Is this a warning that the bride is going to be a big nag once they’re married?

  32. that guy says:

No one going to say photoshop? Hands not odd or shadows not working for you?

  33. WVBOBW says:

    Great prom picture!
