Get Out And Get Lucky - Mom

Get Out And Get Lucky

“My hometown newspaper did a front page article about me. I had recently received notice I had 5 nature photos in our state conservation calendar. The author interviewed my husband and me. She asked me for a tip to get good nature photos. I said get out there. The more you are out the more you see. My husband commented that people said I was lucky but the harder I work the luckier I am. That became the headline ” Get out there and get lucky”. My girls loved it and had t-shirts made.”

I Fold - Family Portrait

I Fold

“This was taken after church one Saturday. My parents look like they don’t want to be there. My Uncle looks like he’s surprised to be there, (which might explain why he’s holding a folder), and me and my brother are just there.”

Embrace The Blowout - Kids

Embrace The Blowout

“Mom made me poof up my hair and take this picture for my Dad for fathers day back in 1987. I post this on her Facebook page every single Thursday as a little reminder how the 80’s affected us. Every Thursday she deletes it and tells me how much she hates me. Sorry Mom, embrace the 80’s. Don’t be ashamed!”
