“This is a photo of myself and my brother and sister wearing one of the worst Christmas presents from the late 80′s. My great aunt crocheted these matching sweaters for us and thought we would love them. We were forced to wear them to the theater when we went to see Home Alone. Embarrassing to say the least.”

geez..i feel so sorry for you guys….hahahaha!
All you needed, were the words… “Aunty luvs me THIS much!” crocheted in the white space….so pitiful I can’t stop laughing.
Did they glow in the dark?
Coulda been worse….you could have all be in pink bunny suits going to see “A Christmas Story.”
LOVE the sweaters! I wish I had one!
If they wore it to see Home Alone that was in 1990
thought it was 80s??
We got the sweaters in 89, saw the movie after the new year
Still the awkward eighties.
I Love the sweaters…
Oh my gosh, I can’t stop laughing at this one. Those sweaters are amazing!
Home Alone came out in 1990. This one shouldn’t count.
True, but this picture could’ve been taken before they saw the movie.
My aunt made these for my children and I can’t remember them wearing them after this Christmas morning photo. I doubt seriously that she saw Home Alone at any point of her life, but must have thought the kids would be cute in them. Funny thing is, their father had a similar sweater. Wish he was in this picture also!
And I wish I still had that sweater … damn it!
Wish I could see a photo of you in it. That would be classic!!! Jill
