Queen Of The Cows

“In Nebraska in the 1980’s,  they didn’t just have just regular beauty pageants, they had special pageants for Queen of the Cows. I received a stunning faux crown to place on the felt cowboy hat of my choice, and a $200 gift certificate to my favorite western store to purchase my new glitzy outfit. The handmade blue suede leather sash had to be returned. As you can image, I was the talk of the town.”

52 Years Of Matching

Singer Anthony Gargiula already has a robust following on Instagram, Vine, and Twitter, but his grandparents have helped him take it to the next level. Recently, Gargiula tweeted that his grandparents, who have been married for 52 years, still match their outfits every day. The Tweets have been retweeted over 39,000 times, which is only slightly higher than the number of outfits the couple has coordinated.

Balloon Face

“We’d just finished having fun at a church supper and went out to the playground. My daughter had had enough, but at least my wife and son were still willing to smile. I ended up behind the balloon and an awkward family photo was born!”

Struggle For A Smile

“My little sister was not happy about her outfit because it was “itchy.” My mom was so upset that she wouldn’t smile. She said, ‘Get over there and smile,’ and this was the result. We laugh about it all the time now. Mom even blew up the picture for my sisters high school graduation. We remade this picture for my mom for Christmas this year (2013).”
