Spreading the Awkwardness

The awkwardness is simply that there are about twelve people hovering over him.
It’s really stunning how I started doing that almost as soon as I became a dad.

I think whats more awkward than the pose is the angle that the picture was taken in…. someone had to get too close for comfort and turn on the creepiness of photography to catch this magical moment.
I guarantee any grandson 10 or younger walking past him had an incredibly strong urge to drop a penny down his mouth.

I’ve got a picture of my Dad in a similar pose, though sitting more upright.
are you sure he isn’t dead…looks like it to me…i work for the medical examiner office and we get people more alive than that showing up.

LMAO at this one … instantly reminded me of my ex-father in law, with ALL the TVs in the house on at top volume. I walked around turning them off or at least down whenever I was there, I’d be twitching after a couple of days! LOL!!
