Hassled By The Hoff

“I got to meet the Hoff at our local radio station in the early 80’s. I don’t look too impressed.”

Guess Who’s Coming To Dinner

“There was a WWE show at Penn State back in 1995, and this cutout was part of the promotion. My husband worked there so we got to bring home The Undertaker to the delight of our two oldest kids and the confusion of our youngest.”

The New Kid

“Donnie Wahlberg awkwardly feeding me a pickle from his cheeseburger. I actually did not know who the New Kids on the Block were. My dad worked on cruise ships and I always went with him. He made me go up there for this picture and I was terrified of them. Of course I am now thrilled to have this picture.”

Mom & Momoa

“My mom LOOOOOVES Jason Momoa, so for Mother’s Day I surprised her with a ‘life sized’ cutout of him. Apparently she liked the present.”

Sonny’s Share

“It was the summer of ‘68 or ‘69 and my mom (holding her cousin) was in Las Vegas with her Aunt and Uncle to babysit their kids while they went to see Sonny and Cher in concert. Sonny and Cher stayed at the same hotel as them (Sahara) and were casually lounging by the pool one afternoon. Sonny obliged for a photo op with my mom and her cousin.”

“As a five year old in Stockholm, Sweden I was in love with Brandon so I made this with a little help from my older sisters (who both loved Dylan).”

Thriller

“It was just your typical church directory picture from Olan Mills, until my son went to art school, enlarged it and superimposed Michael Jackson into it. This was featured in a school-wide Mother’s Day show with the title ‘My mother dated Michael Jackson.'”

Jessie’s Girl

“Here I am with Rick Springfield and I can’t believe it. This was taken on Dec 11, 1983.”

Seeing Is Believing

“This miraculous photo is of my darling dear mother, in the 80’s, with what is obviously a cutout of the great Thomas Sullivan Magnum. The best part of this photo is the glasses, but, the second best part is the fact that my mom refuses to admit that it is a cutout.”
