Er… why?!
If you look at the room and it’s furnishings, it looks distinctly European, and kind of austere/archaic, and that is usually a sign of things formerly Soviet/Eastern Bloc…
The part that worries me is that only one person actually looks embarrassed to get the picture taken. That’s the normal one in the family.
I never thought there’d be a choice where the bacon suits would win.
why does one of the cactii seem to be wearing an ammo belt??
Um… CACTI doesn’t need an S on the end to make it plural. If their last name is actually CACTII that would be more awkward than the photo.

Those look like the uniforms I used to wear at work. Only ours didn’t have the green spray paint on them.
