Oh lord!! Glamour shots in itself was *awkward, the overdone make up, denim, leather and sequins… And let’s not forget the forced poses!! Everyone who was anyone got glamour shots in the late 90′s ( and I’ll bet they’re *all* regretting it!) LOL!!!!!
Who. Are. These. People.
I don’t they are related at all. They don’t really look like at each other. Maybe it’s a Girl Scout outing and these are the troop leaders.
Glamour Shots in itself was *awkward…the over use of make-up, denim and leather…not to mention the forced poses! Anyone who was anyone in the late 90′s got Glamour shots (and I’ll bet they’re ALL regretting it!!) LOL!!!!
“One of these things is not like the other…”
this is awesome….. who knew jay z was inspired by blonde 80′s princesses
I bet the girl in the white denim jacket went Goth shortly after this experience.
Wouldn’t you???
That is SO Glamour Shots! Does that store still exist or did they run out of Aqua Net and have to close business?
I work for Glamour Shots. It still exists, but we don’t do this crap anymore. We also don’t put all that makeup on little girls unless her parent asks us to. The retouching isn’t just blurring out the whole damn portrait either.
*sigh* I hate what the 80s and 90s did for the reputation of Glamour Shots.
It’ll be ok, Joe.
LOL!!!!
Denim Dan(ielle) has struck again…
Why is it that one of the little girls is the one wearing the most makeup?
Well she’s pissed because they took the sleeves off of *her* jacket, and put them on cousin’s denim jacket. Don’t be taking my sleeves, b****.
C.D.K. Collars Down Kids.
That 2nd kid has a look of quiet desperation on her face. A silent plea for help, if you will.
blegh – this is from one of the mall stores, Glamour Shots where they put too much makeup on ppl and blur them a little for the “glamour”. but this is so 90′s!
It looks like the new denim jacket on the right got faded and handed to the next girl, and when the arms fell off, she passed it down to the younger girls, who each made a jacket from the parts. And they’re all smiling about their thriftiness… except the girl who got nothing but the elbow piece. She’s pissed.
Man, they even acid-washed backgrounds back then? Twas a simpler time, I suppose…
…and there’s that denim theme yet again!
It’s a denim overload! Even the background is in denim print!
I’m sure they are all wearing the matching denim skirts with lace ruffles that were oh so popular back in the day
Well, maybe the girls. What do you want to bet the women are wearing “mom jeans”?
Stage mom’s: applying too much make-up and hairspray to childhood since the 1900′s.
She’s gonna stay p^**’d off for years to come.
Girl in white knows this is a bad idea!
Younger Girls = pageant much?
What’s with Little Miss Thang there second from the left who isn’t even trying to smile? Too cool for school, as they said back in the oh-so-hip 80′s?
“Ladies is pimps, too – GO ON, BRUSH YA SHOULDAHS OFF!”
I don’t remember denim being THAT in??
Oh yes…yes it was!
#3 blends completely in the background…
the girl in the white jacket it really working it!
I don’t think you could have made the caption and better than that! Pimps!
Kudos AFP!
Come on, babies…do that locomotion!
Glamour Shots SO needs to go out of business …
And what’s with putting makeup on girls this young? The second one looks like she’s what, 10? Egads.
Oh dear. Glamour Shots gone bad…
Glamour shots by Deb!
i’m not getting it…………..
The thing that strikes me about this photo, other than the silly pose, is that the youngest-looking person is the one with the most obvious makeup. I’m getting unpleasant echoes of the little girls whose mothers start plastering them with garish makeup and hauling them to beauty contests at the age of six months.
She was a toddler ina tiara before the reality series took off!
putting the glamour in glamour shots.
This is very awkward, What is up with the second child making a creepy stare face???
The second girl from the left realizes how ridiculous this is!
I don’t know, I have a feeling she is taking this VERY seriously and thinking “the other three are just ruining my shot here”.
Glamour Shots!!!!!!!! lol
I would guess 1998 on this picture. I have a “glamour shot” like it. Attractive family. Not so awkward.
1998? More like 1988. No one was wearing acid washed denim jackets anymore in ’98.
I think my favorite part of this mess is how unimpressed girl #2 is. It’s as if she has already seen the future and realized her 2 moms made a terrible decision by trying the free sample at Glamour Shots…
Commercial for the ill-fated “Mom Jeans Juniors” brand denim wear. “For when you want to look like a mom, but smaller.”
Haha nicely done!
Too. Much. Acid washness.
Too. Much. Makeup. On little girl.
The little girl in the white denim jacket is pleading with her eyes, “Get me out of here!”
Simply bedazzlin’, dahlings!
Ladies is pimps too
or Attack of the DENIM! Either works…
Even the backdrop is “stone washed”
Attack of the PERM!
2nd from the left is really into it
2nd from left seems to be wearing more makeup than everyone else put together.
yet the mom on the end looks as though she’s not amused by pose and in the back of her mind she is thinking “yep this will end up on the net someday. Thankyou glamor shots.”
My Two Moms: Glamour Shot edition
I was just going to say that! lol
The acid-wash denim backdrop lends itself so well to the awkwardness.
As does the bad soft-focus lens
I dearly hope my one Glamour Shots episode never sees the light of day…
