OMG the old man has a big heavy set of hard balls. I heard as they get older they stay on the floor, and men don’t pick them up when they pose for family pictures anymore.
Reading what everyone has to say about Hannah’s gpa while Garth Brooks came on the radio singing “I’ve got friends in low places,” I’ve never laughed so hard at something that was online. I’ve gotta take a pee break b4 I can read the rest!

Actually no, the stars belong at the top left no matter how the flag is hanging.
1. When hanging the American flag on a building it should be hung on a staff or on a rope over the sidewalk with the stars away from the building.
2. If the flag is hung over the street, it should be hung with the stars to the east on a north- south street or north on an east-west street.
3. A flag that is hung in a window should be hung vertically with the stars to the left of anyone looking at it from the street side.
Why all these rules on how to hang a flag? All we need to know is that it represents America.
Actually, it represents the USA. America = two continents.
They would have specified if they meant south america or north america. The US is know as America also. Americans? Duh.
The rules are there to ensure that people display the flag with a sense of purpose and dignity. The flag is not supposed to be a fashion statement, or something that you just hang out and leave along for months at a time, with little care for it’s condition.
There are many rules for how this particular symbol is to be treated, and they are all to ensure that proper respect is given.

The flag is backwards. Stars should be on the right. Otherwise…Hi-larious!
The flag is not backwards… the picture flips it.
no no no people, the stars are always supposed to be in the top left corner, just as if it were hanging horizontally.
…if the stars were on the left and you flipped it horizontal the flag would now be “backward”. honestly, it’s two sided for a reason.
The flag may be hung like that in honor of a state of combat, just like all military uniforms have the flag flying in reverse to show we are at war.
Mikejonez: actually, we wear those flag patches “backwards” because the american flag never retreats. If you were to wear a flag “forwards” on your right shoulder, it travels stripes forward. Always gotta travel stars forward, therefore, a seemingly “backwards” flag.
