M-I-C, K-HEE HAW! IT’S THE GREATEST SHOW ON EARTH!
Love it.
Mom sure is a keener…
Wow. This lady loves her some themed pictures.
it’s like they knew this site would exist, and would need them.
lol PRICELESS!
@veluxx – Seriously, one of the best comments I’ve read on this site.
Oh, how we needed them.
I laughed so hard because of your comment, that my stomach hurts
HAHAHAHA!
Winner.
I agree, this is an epic win comment!
fabulous!
That was a good comment LOL
Best comment I’ve seen on this site in the year or so I’ve been visiting it, hands down.
we live to make your life a little more entertaining. enjoy! =)
not one single jazz hand!?
I KNOW! …Think how awesome the third pic in the series would be with some jazz hands proudly displayed by all. I feel ripped off
Without jazz hands that special somthin’-somthin’ is just missing.
They should have done jazz hands with the Mickey/Minney photo. The white gloves would have set it off really well.
where’s Dad?
Yeah, I was just wondering that to, Just Wondering.
Seriously, WHERE is Dad??? 5 kids didn’t make themselves!!!
Maybe he wasn’t cool like that and they thought he would embarrass them?
I bet was working. He probably worked alot. Late. All the time.
Ha, ha ha!!!! I guess I would too.
too funny!
Drinking somewhere until he blacked out.
My thoughts exactly!
Dad’s taking the photo!
find waldo. they’re brothers.
Wow! Those leotards/the boy’s “necklace” shirts…
Cringeeee
What about mom’s HUGE glasses in the last photo!
They are so huge, I didn’t notice them at first. I had to go back and look. Seriously, she could probably lick them if she tried.
Those outfits obviously harmed her eye sight even further…
Strangely enough, the kids don’t seem overly distraught about their costumes.
They were still young enough for their minds to be easily manipulated.
My thought exactly. They seem strangely undisturbed by the whole process.
they aren’t costumes. those were our ‘everyday’ outfits. i don’t understand what’s to be distraught about.
Who ARE these people??!…and why have I never heard of them?!!!
Sadly, we’ll never know — Mom’s next obsession was a cult that banned spandex, jazz hands and group photographs.
only the coolest people EVER. i’m sorry you’ve never heard of us. you will, someday.
I’m afraid they were to young to know any better!
Is that you tissy?
My God.
Where are the rat traps?? Poor kids! Mom might have too much creative energy, you think?
Seriously, where is dad!? Too embarrassed to be in these photos I guess.
FUN FOR THE WHOLE FAMILY! Except for Dad…
Oh dear god and baby jesus…
Oh snap! I just LOL’d all over my lap.
For some reason I want to see them all dressed as Spongebob Squarepants.
PHOTOSHOP
Dad is the photographer…
That’s what I was thinking, too.
The mastermind behind this ‘art’.
Perhaps Mom runs a dance studio? Love these!
That’s exactly what I was thinking…but then, is she forcing her kids to always do a “family dance” with her? Because that super sucks….
Dad high tailed it out of there as soon as he saw the first costume that Mom wanted to have him wear. Uh thanks, but no.
That’s child abuse in some states.
HAHAHA, I’m with Bob, this both sad and wrong at the same time lol
Anyone else not shocked that they’re submitted by anonymous?
This has to be from Utah.
She probably made the outfits at Homemaking!
Oooh, thanks…I’ve been trying to come up with new ideas for our next Homemaking!
I want to see the Christmas card photo. Mom as Santa and the kids as reindeer.
Unless they’re Jewish. Mom will be dressed as a menorah and the kids will be in dreidel costumes.
I LOVE that the ad banner up top is for Disney vacations. How apropos! Anyone else seeing that ad?
YES! HAHAHAHAHAHAHA!
I have Crate and Barrel, so no synchronicity there …
A-W-K, W-A-R-D, fam-ily pho-tos.
Yeah, that’s this site name… And your point is???
Now recite what is typed to the theme of Mickey Mouse Club.
Jojo, say the letters and the words to the tune of the Mickey Mouse Club song, and you’ll get the idea. HAHAHAHAHA! Hilarious.
I think it’s supposed to be like the Mickey Mouse Club theme song but when I tried to sing it, it didn’t make sense to me neither.
You are slow
If you tried this sort of operation with a bunch of dogs, they’d have the pride to bite you.
LOL!!!
I am so happy that my mom just wanted plain old pictures. I wonder what the kid thought of them, especially when they hit their teens.
right now, we’re actually 20-25. it’s a mixture of humor/embarassment/oh my goodness i can’t believe somebody put these pictures on this website. more embarassment for the boys, though.
Ya shoulda seen mom’s all singing, all dancing production of Cukoo’s Nest. It was… memorable.
Why is mom dressed like Mickey and not Minnie? Gender identification issues?
That was my first thought too. We may have been reading this site too long to become this desensitized to the insanity.
Mom clearly wears the pants in the family
because then you would be asking why there were 4 minnies and only 2 mickeys. partners people, partners.
And I thought I had scarred my son for life…
I just love that there was; not one, not two… but THREE of these!!!
we did dance recitals for 10 years. you have NO idea…
my heart goes out to you..my sister was in dance recitals during the Michael Jackson era. I thankfully lacked the coordination for such things.
Dad would have made an odd number…the outfits wouldn’t have been right.
What are the girls in the Cowboy/cowgirl picture doing with their hands? “C” is for Cookie? Some kind of animal claw????? That’s just odd!
Oh nevermind. I’m blond today. I see they have their thumbs stuck under the armpits now.
It’s still odd.
The only reason these are awkward is mom being center stage. And really that’s more creepy than awkward.
Why, if the boys are dressed as Mickey and the girls as Minnie, is mom dressed as Mickey?
I’m guessing so there would be 3 Mickey’s and 3 Minnie’s. 2 Mickey’s and 4 Minnie’s would have made the picture awkward.
…and you thought The Jacksons had it rough?
My daughter competes in some local talent shows, just for fun. We have a family just like this around here, 5 kids all in matching costumes and mom and grandma wearing the same clothes and doing the routines off to the side. I wouldn’t be surprised if they had an entire collection of pics like this
I’ll bet they all attended the same dance studio, and these are the typical pre-recital pictures. I hope…….
First 2 aren’t really awful, but the third… then again, maybe I’m just anti-dance costumes
No, the loud spandex outfits truly are aweful. Personally I’d get a kick out of them dressing like the Fruit of the Loom guys.
Anyone notice in the second photo how the little girl on the left looks as if she wants to scratch someone, the photographer or her mom perhaps?
My guess is that mom is a dancer and so are her kids (willing or not) and these are costumes for shows? And dad isn’t in the shots because, like Phil Collins, he can’t dance.
Very embarassing…. holy cow, almost as bad as the hockey mom wearing the bra & padding…
Looks to me like she’s a dance instructer and her kids are her dance team!! They all happy with it, but I wonder if there was some future rebellion……..
They decided to live with dad after this one
Just recently having my ONE kid photographed with just ONE change of outfit in a portrait studio, I can only imagine the amount of labor that went in to fifteen costume changes. Maybe she has a whole team of stylists at her disposal. “OKAY PEOPLE, work with me here!”
Um, they’re probably taken over several years, not all three at one sitting.
maybe I’m just drunk but I keep losing count of the kids…
Mum looks EXACTLY the same in every picture – over a period of 3 or 4 years at least. Scary!
The mom is reminding me of Toni Collette In United States of Tara. The split personalities and all
Is that two sets of twins? About one year apart? Or quads. Instant troupe.
It looks like they’re all quite close in age, but that there’s only one set of twins. The boys look like twins, but the girls are all probably singletons.
one set of twins. boy/girl. all five within five years.
Five little apples that didn’t fall far from whatever’s in thier family tree. Strange fruit indeed!
oh, why ?? why ??
I was with them right up until the third picture. What’s the story on that garb? Did the Flying Wallendas have a garage sale?
it was the 80s…nuff said.
