    This obviously isn’t a one-time occurrence, seeing how tan his legs are..they are more tan than him arms.

      It might be like my husband, his arm hair turned white like the hair on his head and now his arms look lighter from a distance. Unless the light is behind him, then he kind of “glows”. I’m cringing just explaining this.
