Size Doesn’t Matter

As did that fabric…..dear LORD. When did it become a thing, to have everyone wear matching clothes??? I mean, the generations of photographs in which such atrocities did not happen, exist, but when was it, that mom’s suddenly decided that making everyone matching clothes (from one bolt of very obvious fabric) was “cute”?
Back in the day, yes everyone matched, because everyone basically wore BLACK! LOL
One bolt of material went a long way back in the day,and could match your Cooper
hair. And if someone gits lost it,s easy to find your back to your family, unless it,s fall.
the one on the bottom right is not my youth pastor. hes 45…
Yay! Ginger pride
They were all good sports about the outfits but dad- he just couldn’t pull off a smile in that thing!
SO love the caption on this one!
Man!!! The dad looks like he’s looking around discreetly to find an exit somewhere…! Also: could we find busier shirts and background to complement the fine ginger hair assortment we have here?
Did anybody else see Bob Newhart at first, quick glance?
i did englaugen, and commented that yesterday but this site did not think it worth posting then.
Yup! I saw Bob Newhart at first, too! I was afraid the young ‘uns who visit this site wouldn’t know who he is.
Must be Weasleys.
As the only redhead in my family.. I am totally envious of this crew! The outfits however…leave a bit to be desired. I wish I could see a family portrait of the entire family now.
The autumn colors landscape in the background is a nice touch.
So did Mary Kay have to order new curtains after making all those shirts for the whole family? JK. Love the pic and the family.
Make me feel like eating ginger nut cookies. Yumm.
The Hunt for Red October…just ended.
Ha!
I am seamstress, hear me roar.
I think it’s best to look at them through those little shoe box pinhole eclipse-viewing contraptions.
Funny!
Somebody got a hummer of a deal on fabric!
Funny! Touche’
Dad decided to go with his Elvis smile.
I’d be sporting a smile like that too, if I had to wear that gawd-awful shirt!
Thankyuhverramuch
I call this one “Four-and-a-half Smiles”
A truly awesome caption.
Awesome title
