At least a few of those glasses look like props. It would be hard to arrange 12 people and maintain 6 heads of beer. Plus, a few of those heads are not level.
There are just so many things awkward about this picture! But at least they all have smiles on their faces (with all that beer; it’s either that or they’d be doing a lot of crying!)

Something wrong with that beer, it doesn’t look clear.
It is likely unfiltered beer, or hefeweizen, a German specialty. That cloudiness is yeast intentionally left in during the bottling process.
