I think I know who this is… Randy Blake- from Swansea Massachusetts… A really nice guy-He used to work in the old Midland Records store in Swansea Mall… He still has the hair… he’s still a rocker… Check out Briar Rose records on the net… This pic looks a LOT like him circa 1984 ish…. good possibility if it came from a submitter in New England.

Poor guy! But, really, EVERYONE has a photo like this of themselves with either a bizarre hairdo or a weird-looking outfit on! I must admit that whenever I see a photo of hair like this on a guy, I always wonder if he’s bald today or if he’s still got one of those “What is that on that guy’s head?” kind of hairdos!
