    That is not a screw pine it is a pandanus tree. Very common in Queensland , Australia

    The tree is called a screw pine. It is a specey of the Palm tree. It bears a coconut that has the characteristics of a pine cone. The bark is grooved like screws. Very.common in South Florida.
