Hammertime 2

“This is a picture of my sister and dad, circa 1976. Our dad was very proud of the fact that he was building his first home while raising his first child. Unfortunately, this picture doesn’t capture the moment as well as it should.”

The Force Awakens (Awkwardly)

“Have you ever had that horrible recurring dream where you are trick-or-treating but forgot to wear pants? In honor of the upcoming release of Star Wars: The Force Awakens, I present this classic photo of me and my brother on Halloween, 1978. The joy of this photo is in the details. My brother’s little hand sticking out the top to try to hold the box up… My lack of pants (though I *am* wearing tights, I swear)… Couldn’t he have had a little less cardboard and given some to me? Also note that we needed to (incorrectly) label ourselves since no one knew what we were supposed to be — I wonder why. Sigh.”
