Does Coal’s tail look abnormally long to anyone else?
Total recognition! As a child I also used to dress up my cat Pinkie. I even used him as a cushion to sit on. And the poor little thing never even protested. We really were best buddies!

Haha obviously I was a kid. And he liked it! He’d purr, never clawed me. He just hated hats i think. He was a good sport.
We used to dress up our golden retriever (granted, a much different temperament than a cat) when we were 8 or 9. It’s just something you do when you are little
. He’s 14 now and does not *seem* scarred for life.
I used to dress my male cat up in a dress with an apron and a bonnet. It was pretty awesome because the dress belonged on a stuffed animal that happened to be a cat, so there was a hole for my cat’s tail. He didn’t seem to mind much. I wish I had gotten a picture of it!

Looks like Coal would rip you to shreds if he could get his claws on you…
