Dad The Bounty Hunter
“Your fathers have nothing on my father-in-law. He is a former Marine, sheriff’s deputy, bounty hunter, and gun store owner. I found this picture when my wife was making a scrapbook. I’m not sure what’s going on but I will say the first day I met him he took me down to the basement, pulled out a silenced pistol, and fired into a stack of newspapers. I think the fact that I didn’t run out the door is why he likes me. Even gave me a shotgun for my wedding and an AR-15 for Christmas.”

I asked Pop ‘Who is that creepy dude in the boxers and ginormous dog?’ he says ‘Beat’s the hell outta me, but there is your Mom in the background, completely oblivious to what it takes to be a mother, the crazy old bat!'”

Recycled Birthday Card
‘We threw a surprise 70th birthday party for my dad. We discovered that his cousin repurposed one of her son’s 30th birthday cards for my dad’s birthday present. She put stickers over the earlier message, but we were suspicious so we took them off only to find WhiteOut over a handwritten message. The first card came with a Starbucks gift card, my dad’s card was empty.”
